Order Cancellation Policy

Please note that any request to modify or cancel an order must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
After this timeframe, your order may already have been processed, making cancellation or modification impossible.

If you cancel your order within the given timeframe, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Products

We carefully package every order to prevent damage during shipping.
An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken.

Damage to packaging (such as a dented box or bent corner) is not considered damage if the product inside is in good condition.

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery at support@plumia.eu, including a clear photo of the item.
We will assess your situation and, if applicable, send you a free replacement.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.
