We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, your order may already be processing or shipped, and changes might not be possible.
If your order is successfully canceled within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

To start a return, contact us via our Contact Us page or email support@plumia.eu. Please include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used at checkout so we can process your request quickly.
We package every order with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. A product is considered “damaged” if it arrives defective or physically broken. Packaging damage (such as a dented box) where the product itself is intact does not qualify as product damage.
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@plumia.eu with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost.
Please note: We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for products damaged through normal wear and tear, improper use, or mishandling.
We work hard to ship your order quickly and efficiently. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including courier delays, customs processing, or other shipping issues.
Once an order is handed over to the courier, Plumia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the courier directly for tracking updates.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If you need to make a change, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. If we are not informed within this timeframe, you will not be eligible for a refund or a resend.
