Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. If the address is incorrect and you do not inform us within 24 hours, you will not be eligible for a refund or a reshipment.

If your order appears lost or stolen, contact us at support@plumia.eu and we’ll assist you with the next steps. You can also contact the carrier directly to open an official claim.
Plumia is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels, but we will help with tracking and, where appropriate, may offer a replacement depending on the situation. In some cases, a police report may be required.
